Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. The tracking information typically becomes active within 24-48 hours of shipping.
Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Please contact us immediately at info@homiqo.shop with your order number and new address. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days or shows the package as lost, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either locate your package, reship your order, or provide a full refund. For delays due to customs, please allow additional processing time.
We currently do not offer same-day delivery. Our fastest option is Priority Shipping, which delivers within 2-5 business days depending on your location. Express Shipping (3-7 days) is also available for faster delivery needs.
Orders within the EU are not subject to customs fees. For orders shipped outside the EU (UK, US, etc.), you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We currently do not offer in-store or warehouse pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. However, if delivery is unsuccessful, your package may be held at a local carrier pickup point.
